Each one of us has a unique story to tell. One that is composed of times of struggle, times of happiness and triumph, and other times of hopelessness or brokenness. In the early part of 2021, I was stuck in just that. I was unhealthy, not only physically but also mentally. I was struggling with a dependency on alcohol and intense anxiety that led to panic attacks and depression. I had hit my hard place. Seeking help, I turned to healthcare professionals, only to be met with a one-size-fits-all solution: prescription medications for anxiety. After trying and failing to find relief through these medications, I took matters into my own hands. I was determined to find another way out of the darkness. This marked the beginning of my deep dive into self-healing. Over two years, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, experimenting, learning, and sometimes stumbling, as I sought not just to lose weight but to fundamentally change my lifestyle. I longed for guidance, a comprehensive solution that could address not just one aspect of my health but my overall well-being. Yet, such a solution seemed to be spread out into many different conflicting conversations. I immersed myself in self-help books, hormonal therapy, actual therapy, nutrition, exercise, insomnia, longevity, and confronting my depression and anxiety head-on. I am now here to tell you that there is a light at the end of your dark tunnel. You are not alone in your struggles. Many share the feelings of being overwhelmed by stress, fatigue, unhappy with their bodies, and a sense of being stuck. What took me years to understand and transform in myself, I now aim to simplify for you. I once prayed for a program that could offer me the guidance I so desperately sought, and now, I believe it's my purpose to offer that guidance to others.
